Portraits are personal and unique, and make a memorable gift for family or friends. A portrait can be drawn from one or more digital or film photographs. Choose a size and medium that suits the subject, your tastes, and the decor where the portrait will be displayed.

All portraits are drawn on acid-free paper with high-quality art media, and are suitable for framing. If desired, portraits can be mounted and matted with acid-free matboard for an additional fee.

Graphite

Graphite is a monochromatic medium that is well suited for photorealistic artwork. This medium can reproduce the fine detail in photographs more accurately than most other media. Graphite creates a striking, dramatic portrait, and is excellent for detailed or high-contrast images.

Colored Pencil

Artwork created with colored pencil can be in bright or muted tones, as the image requires. Like graphite, colored pencil can reproduce lifelike detail from photographs, but color can also be used to smooth an image to give an image a softer, more emotionally-evocative impact.
